The Worley
Bugger Fly Co. professional Guide Service operates year round with a
group of professional full time fly fishing guides. When scheduling a tour
with one of them, we ask that you please try to avoid rescheduling
or canceling your guided tour. This creates booking and
scheduling conflicts within the guide service. It usually
means our guides are out a days pay as well. Below is our
deposit and cancellation policy. This policy reflects the
rights of Worley Bugger Fly Co. and applies to all of our fly
fishing tours. |

A charge of
$100.00 dollars will be applied to either your Visa or MasterCard at
the time of your booking reservation. This charge reserves
your guide for that particular day. A confirmation will then
be faxed, emailed or mailed to you confirming your tour with Worley
Bugger Fly Co. The remaining balance will be accessed the day
of your tour. |

If you have
arranged a corporate or group tour, a $100.00 deposit per boat will
be applied to your bank card. The remaining balance will be accessed the day of
your tour, unless payment has otherwise been prearranged with Worley
Bugger Fly Co.. |

Reschedule-Cancellation Policy: |
|
|
|
|
Worley
Bugger Fly Co. wants to make the rescheduling process as fair as
possible for our guests and our guides. We also want our
customers to understand the importance of keeping your scheduled
tour date. A lost day of work, is a lost day of wages for
anyone. However, we are aware that at times family and
business issues may arise that demand your immediate attentions.
We understand that and do our best to reschedule the reserved guide
for the day. |

If you must
reschedule your guided tour with Worley Bugger Fly Co., the change
must be made within 72 hours of your scheduled tour with us to avoid
a $50.00
dollar rescheduling fee. This will give us adequate time to
schedule another party for the day with your reserved guide.
In most cases, we are able to reschedule a tour for that reserved
guide. If you cancel your trip after this time period and we
are unable to reschedule your guide for the day, a $50.00
rescheduling fee will be accessed to your Visa or MasterCard on
file. |

If you
cancel your tour completely, the $100.00 dollar deposit applied at
the time of your reservation will be forfeited to the guide service
of Worley Bugger Fly Co. |

|
If for any
reason you are not present the day of your tour, Worley Bugger Fly
Co. reserves the right to apply the remaining balance of your guided
tour to your Visa or MasterCard taken at the time of your
reservation. A receipt of the charges will then be mailed to
you. |
|
|
|
Our
professional guiding team monitors the river on a daily basis
throughout the season for current insect emergences as well as the
productive patterns that will consistently promote engagement
between you and the wild fish of the Yakima. |
