From the east, exit the freeway at Moses Lake and head north on Hwy. 17. 

From the west, follow I-90 to Hwy.283.

Follow 283 to Ephrata, turn right on Hwy. 282 and drive about six miles to the lower access area or turn north on 17 to reach the upper access .
