Girdle BugMFC's Speckled Sexi-Floss is a crinkly spandex material, custom-dyed to all the popular tying colors. It is great for shiny, durable wrapped bodies, legs, and antennae.  Exact material as the regular Sexi-Floss, but this is variegated with black to add more color and contrast to your dry fly, nymph or streamer patterns.

It's a great substitute for Round Rubber legs because it is more resistant to UV rays and is stronger and more durable. 

The MFC Sexi Floss material has been made popular as the legs material of the stonefly-cranefly pattern Pat's Stone-AKA "The Girdle Bug".
